Roman politician, orator, and consul.  Born: 106 B.C., Died 43 B.C.  Considered to be among the most prolific Roman writers.  Discovery of Cicero’s letters in 1345 by Petrarch considered to have been a primary influence on the dawn of the Renaissance.  Cicero’s writings were a major influence on the Framers of the U.S Constitution.
