Liberty Vote Holdings now owns Dominion Voting Systems. In 2020, Dominion’s systems were deployed across 69 client countries and 28 U.S. states. Amid accusations of massive U.S. voter fraud, Dominion struck back, politically destroying Rudy Giuliani with media assistance, and further using the courts to protect its alleged integrity against anyone questioning their methods. This legal strategy culminated in FOX News paying $787.5 million in April 2023 to settle a massive $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit. The claim was that FOX executives and hosts “knowingly broadcasted false conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, which severely damaged the company’s reputation.” Except, they weren’t conspiracy theories – and the recent abandonment of the lawsuit against Mike Lindell, one who refused to settle, may reveal that very reality.
Originally, Dominion sued MyPillow and Mike Lindell for $1.3 billion regarding his comments about a rigged election. Lindell countersued but failed to obtain the success he sought. The original case, however, continued to plod on out of sight and out of mind to the public.
Then former Republican election official Scott Leiendecker bought Dominion and changed its name to Liberty Vote with a plan to use the company to improve election integrity in America. He then proclaimed the company would not seek to obtain anything from Lindell or his giant bedding company.
Lindell claimed going in to have 800 pages of testimony. “Five years of compiled research, court records, sworn testimony, government documents, and technical forensics” that supported his claim.
With the lawsuit dropped, does that mean the investigations into the 2020 Election will stop? And if the election was so safe and secure, and there’s no evidence, then what was Lindell offering as evidence?
Dominion, founded by Canadian John Poulos in 2000, eventually was sold and used, along with Smartmatic, in 2010 and 2013 in the Philippines, where claims arose of malfunction and fraud. In 2016, seventy-one million voters in 1,635 jurisdictions in the United States used Dominion, which by then was also tied to the Clinton Foundation. It was also revealed that Dominion outsourced components to China, “down to the chip component level.” Glitches and failures in U.S. elections began to appear, similar to those claimed in the Philippines. And now we know those machines could even be manipulated through a remote keyboard.
Then the biggest wrinkle of all appeared. The origin of Dominion’s source code came from Venezuela. Hugo Chavez’s government subsidized and built machines and code for Smartmatic beginning in 2004 – and it was designed to rig elections. Smartmatic acquired Sequoia in 2005, which led to the software being evolved further and then sold to Dominion in 2007. That software was used successfully to rig the elections in Venezuela, including the failed recall of Hugo Chavez. The whole point of creating these machines, Smartmatic originally, was to rig elections, and it was all organized and funded by Hugo Chavez. Then, Dominion inherited it all.
Later, it was discovered that Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro, Chavez’s successor, had connections to movements in the United States that stood against our system and against President Donald Trump, such as Black Lives Matter. Maduro’s hands were all over the socialist forces in the United States while also entangled with the processes that brought fentanyl into this country. In January 2026, President Trump decided it was time to confront Maduro’s regime, and stop the corruption, human-rights abuses, narcotrafficking, and the destabilization of the entire region by Venezuela under the leadership of Maduro. So, American forces went in, and in a brilliant midnight raid, seized the South American communist and took him into custody.
Now, Maduro sits in American custody – a turn of events that seemed unrelated at the time.
The FBI has seized Georgia’s election materials, Trump’s Georgia Election Case by Fani Willis got dismissed, Dominion is no longer in the enemy’s hands, and we have Maduro. Our elections are now being treated as a national security issue, and we are gathering the pieces a bit at a time as Congress struggles to pass a law that would likely stop interference at the ballot box in the SAVE America Act.
Folks like me have known the elections were getting rigged, and are getting rigged (LA Mayor’s Race being a recent example), all along. But, where’s the arrests? Why is it all still stalling? Lindell has the evidence. Tina Peters, who helped provide evidence, is now free – released from jail June 1. Tulsi Gabbard, while still Director of National Intelligence, has seized evidence. It has been shown that the Dominion and Smartmatic machines were instruments of foreign interference in our elections. Democracy Docket observed that while courts rejected the claims surrounding the 2020 election, the broader crisis of trust remains – and it was running rampant in both political parties. And thanks to Gabbard’s efforts, Venezuela’s involvement has become clearer and clearer. If there is a Venezuela connection, and we have custody of Maduro, then the next expectation is obvious. Is Maduro willing to talk? Will he testify that indeed Venezuela was involved with rigging elections, and yes, indeed, the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged?
I am convinced the dominoes are all lined up and standing in a row. I’m just waiting for the first one to finally – FINALLY – drop and begin the whole process of unraveling the truth so that we can be done with this and prove that election integrity is necessary more than anyone seems to be willing to admit.
