There is a town in England called Rotherham.

Fourteen hundred girls.  Sixteen years.  Eleven to fifteen years old.

The police knew.  Social workers knew.  The council knew.

And when somebody finally asked why nobody did anything, this is in the official inquiry, not my opinion, the answer was: they were afraid of being called racist.

One father of a victim was told by an officer that the town would erupt if people found out who the abusers were.  So they waited for the town to be ready.

And while they waited, fourteen-year-old girls paid the bill.

Rotherham was not alone. Oxford, three hundred and seventy-three victims. Telford, a thousand children, forty years. Newcastle. Rochdale. Banbury. Bristol. Derby. Oldham. Cologne, New Year’s Eve. Sweden. Denmark.

Every inquiry found the same cause.  Not ONE found a different one.

Fear of being called racist.

The story is not Rotherham.  The story is that you’ve never heard of Rotherham.

Here’s the thing underneath all of it.

Benjamin Franklin, 1787: “Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom.”

You cannot have liberty without virtue.  You cannot have virtue without a standard outside yourself.  The Left abolished the standard, kept the liberty, and is stunned that everything is on fire.

That’s the whole show.

Jeremiah says the heart is deceitful above all things.  But I’m not here to tell you feelings are bad.  Feelings are indispensable.  You can’t love without feeling.

Feelings get the compass.

They just don’t get the ledger.

Because a compass is essential.  You’ll die without one.  But, you don’t pay BILLS with it.

The heart is a compass.  It is not an accountant.

And here’s the tool.  Take it out of here with you.

Name the payer.

Because every policy has a payer and a consequence.  And empathy-driven politics insists there isn’t one.  Open borders AND social cohesion.  Restorative justice AND deterrence.  Unlimited compassion AND no bill.

The empathetic move is to DENY the bill.  Deny that there are consequences.  The suicidal part is when it arrives anyway.

So every time you hear a policy sold on feeling alone, we must ask:

Who pays? And how much?

Rotherham? Fourteen hundred girls.

France this weekend? Fifteen hundred shopkeepers. And the authority of the French state.

Notice: the people who made the decision always pay the least.  That’s not an accident.  That’s what happens when nobody does the accounting.  The invoice goes to whoever is standing furthest from the person who signed.

And hold onto this one, because it’s the end of the argument:

You don’t get to skip the hardness.  You only get to choose whether it’s deliberate or panicked.

France burned.  Fifteen hundred shops.  And the state ran out of BULLETS.

And there’s a reason nobody is telling you why.

Nobody is mentioning the Muslim Migrants.  Watch the video.  Watch the images.  But, France officially does not count its citizens by race or religion.  No ethnic categories in the census, by Republican principle.  Officially, everybody is just French.

So “they’re all just French” isn’t a finding.  It’s the house style.  And it can never be checked.  You’re not being asked to prove your case.  You’re being asked to prove it without instruments.

Fine.  Argue from something else.

Argue from what they burned.

Town halls.  Police stations.  Schools.  The tourism office in Lyon.  State property, over and over.

A hundred-and-forty-three-year-old town hall in Limoges, burned to the facade.

In Marseille, the city hall AND a police station.  In Lille, the town hall.

They burned the Republic.  They left the mosque standing.

Not one mosque damaged.  Not one.

And the shops?  Watch the videos and judge for yourself.  Nobody has shown me a mosque or a Muslim shop with a broken window.

That’s not a demographic argument.  That’s an ideological signature.  And it tells you who they are without one statistic.

But here’s the part nobody’s saying.  The soft party in France wasn’t the crowd.

It was the state.

In Limoges the municipal police ran out of AMMUNITION.  Out of bullets.  The mayor called it “a colossal failure of the state.”

France spent twenty years optimizing for not being heavy-handed.  And got rolled.

Survival instinct comes back.  Late.  And BLUNT.

As of this morning, Macron is moving to ban protests he deems “illegitimate.”  And the left is calling that authoritarian.

The military is being brought in.

Too soft.  Rolled.  Overcorrect hard.  And the same people who made you soft now call the correction a betrayal.

You don’t get to skip the hardness.  Deliberate or panicked.

France chose panicked.

Now, twenty years of insisting multi-culturalism wasn’t failing, followed by investigating it.

The Red/Green Alliance – Communism and Islam – is a union that seems like a paradox.  They don’t agree on the destination.  They agree on the DEMOLITION SCHEDULE.

Red wants the dictatorship in the name of the proletariat and no God.  Green wants the worldwide caliphate and Allah as God.  Two totalizing universalisms, incompatible final answers, converging entirely on what to destroy.

Nation-state.  Border.  Family.  Property.  Banks.  Christianity.  Judaism.  Israel.  Western Civilization.

That’s why it’s an alliance.  And that’s why it’s temporary.  Two universalisms can’t both be final.

Watch 1979 Iran.

And this morning the former British prime minister, who spent months RESISTING a national inquiry into the grooming gangs, has just been named a “core participant” in it.  Hearings start in December.

They resisted it.  Then they ordered it.  Then they got subpoenaed by it.

Late. Blunt. Every time.

Every kindness has a payer and consequences.  And if nobody names them, the bill goes to whoever stands furthest from the person who signed.

Feelings are a compass.  Not an accountant.

War has broken out.
