The Republican Party usually writes off California. While we have a beautiful State filled with more conservatives than most States in the terms of numbers, we are greatly outnumbered on the voter rolls, and when it comes to the number of officials in government. The insanity in California, however, has reached such a level of madness that Californians who are not hard left nutcases see the upcoming election as a do or die moment in the history of the Golden State. With a record number of the middle class and businesses leaving the State for less liberal locations, we are literally at a crossroads when it comes to California’s survival as a member of the union.
The problem is, liberalism is like a disease. It spreads. While California seems to be ground zero on the west coast, if the State reaches critical mass, the madness of Detroit-or-Venezuela-level socialism will begin to poison other surrounding States, as has already largely happened to Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Therefore, while California seems to be a lost cause, if abandoned it will only become a festering cancer on the rest of the country.
The Trump administration understands that stopping the spread of leftism is necessary, and that while the circumstances look dire, California’s demise may be something that can be averted. Now is a good time to take action. The liberal left has been passing laws in California that even the Democrat voters are not thrilled about. Sanctuary State. Gas Tax. A law that, if challenged properly in court, could even be used to outlaw the Holy Bible. Water use limits.
I have suggested that if Gavin Newsom wins the governorship in November, and the Democrats somehow regain a super-majority in the legislature, there will be nothing to stop the Democrats from completing their total destruction of California. Housing prices will plummet. The Middle Class will flee in greater numbers. Businesses will either leave the State, or collapse. And the implosion of California, economically, would then impose a major negative impact upon the entire country’s financial system while producing a wave of refugees from the State greater than the illegal alien influx and Middle Eastern migrants, combined.
California’s TOP TWO Jungle Primary adds insult to injury. In most electoral races in California we wind up with a Democrat versus Democrat choice in November. This November will be the second time in a row that has happened when it comes to U.S. Senator. In the gubernatorial race our State Republican Party, whipped into submission by their Democrat overlords, seem to think only a liberal Republican can win. As a result, we lose every election (or regret our winners, like Arnold Schwarzenegger).
The Trump administration is sending Mike Pence to stump for John Cox, and we need the help. Democrat Gavin Newsom is not only not worried, he defiantly calls Cox “Trump’s Golden Boy.”
However, the Democrats are still making sure, just in case. Their election schemes are in full swing. San Francisco is opening registering illegal aliens to vote. We are told that Democrat voter registrations outnumber Republican registrations twenty to one. Motor Voter registrations at DMV are up, too, mostly regarding illegal aliens.
