Article III of the United States Constitution establishes the federal court system, and provides what the authorities of that branch of government is. We will discuss the make up of the system, their authorized powers, the “Establishment Clause”, Treason, and reparations. But, before we get to the courts, Douglas V. Gibbs goes over gas prices, and the constitutional authorities, or lack thereof, provided by the Constitution to the Biden Administration regarding the Keystone Pipeline, domestic oil drilling, and the federal government’s role in relation to energy and climate change.
