Vice President Kamala Harris responded to the continued claims that she has not only been avoiding the press, but that when she doesn’t she only takes interviews she believes will toss her soft balls. So, she accepted the Fox News offer to be interviewed, and Bret Baier’s time with her led Kamala to prove once again she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.
When Fox News anchor Bret Baier interviewed her, for the most part Harris did what she’s best at: avoiding actually answering any of the questions. That’s her tendency; dodge questions, and get testy when forced into a corner.
Bill Whitaker, to his credit, asked some tough questions, and demanded she answer them. But, CBS and 60 Minutes decided that just to make sure she didn’t look as dumb as a stump as she was, they chopped up the interview with some creative editing to try to make her look better. It was still a disaster, but on a minor scale from the point of view of the Harris team. Fox News was not about to afford her that same luxury.
Immigration, more specifically the open border and the idiotic allowance of criminal and invader illegal aliens into the country, was the first topic with Baier, and as expected Kamala Harris could not defend the Biden administration’s decision to reverse dozens of executive orders on border policy put in place by Donald J. Trump. She completely avoided answering the question (as expected). She doesn’t want to admit she’s the problem, she only wants to say she has solutions – whatever they might be. She says that she plans to “turn the page,” and that she represents “change,” but she also told the ladies of The View that when it came to her time with President Biden, she “wouldn’t change a thing.”
Harris also struggled with questions regarding her support for taxpayer-funded sex change surgeries for illegal immigrants and persons in prison, her defense and assistance in the hiding of President Joe Biden’s mental health, and the disaster provided by Bidenomics. No answers for any of them. No policies. No strategies. Only attacks against Donald Trump.
It made her look stupid, and contentious. She seemed offended that she was being asked the tough questions. She seems to think she’s entitled to win, and somehow the Democratic Party will make sure she lives in the White House as President of the United States despite the fact that she’s an empty vessel, except when communism flows from between her lips (you know, like the price control idea).
She’s not particularly intelligent, she has a reputation for not being prepared, she’s shown us that she’s hungry for power and spiteful towards Trump, and she not only doesn’t know her own policies, she’s unable to explain how her policies are supposed to work. For lack of a better way of putting it, I’ve seen more intelligence and preparation in the eyes of the deer in my headlights as I headed home the other evening.
