Gibbs: Godly Principles and the Presidential Power of Impoundment — Our American System was founded on Biblical Godly Principles that we are still fighting for today, and the darkness that shrouds the enemies of the Constitution is becoming more and more apparent as we move forward. Evil, however, is not on the march as we believe and can only exist when there is an absence of Godliness — like darkness, evil is simply an absence of light. Then, Mr. Constitution explains the Presidential Power of Impoundment, and how that power constitutionally allows the President to suspend federal expenditures as Trump did recently for either review, reallocation, or elimination. That is the President’s decision. However, once again, the liberal left progressives have challenged the President, using the courts to control his constitutional allowances. Mr. Constitution Douglas V. Gibbs explains the whole dilemma in detail.
