Whose job is it to determine if a presidential candidate is eligible for the office they seek? Congress? The State Legislatures? We the People? The confusion is deafening, and it shouldn’t be, because the Constitution is clear on this matter.

I thought it was a great explanation. I really don't know what else you can argue? In the end it boils down to intellectual dishonesty and cognitive dissonance on the "establishments" part.
