A federal court recently struck down a farm subsidy program passed by Congress and signed by Biden that distributes aid based on race. The 14th Amendment states that all citizens will be equally protected under the law. Then, there’s the little thing about subsidies not being in the Constitution. Does the federal government have the authority to be throwing around money for political favor in the first place?

Thanks, well explained.
I think the political class use an offshoot of Cultural relativism, where the culture defines the rules and which apply or not. In this case the political class define rules for us, but they, of course, are exempt.
