Separation of Powers: Executive Orders, regardless of legislative activities, are being treated as law. In California the lock-down order was by Governor Gavin Newsom, and is not only being treated as law, but arrests and fines are being given in conjunction with the gubernatorial proclamations which, constitutionally, should have no force in law.
Freedom of Religion: Due to the orders disallowing gatherings, churches have not been allowed to hold services, and in some States pastors have been fined and threatened with jail for daring to defy those orders.

Freedom of Speech: On social media, and various other outlets, any opinion given that is not consistent with the official narrative being put out by international organizations and the media are being censored and shut down.
Freedom of the Press: Various websites have been shut down or censored for not carrying the water of the official narrative, and it even has gone so far as silencing and firing journalists for their contrarian views about the coronavirus/COVID-19.

Freedom of Assembly: Not only have churches and various clubs and groups been disallowed from gathering, but so have protest groups.
Right to petition the government for a redress of grievances: Government offices have been closed, and protests have been met with the threat of prison and fines.
Right to keep and bear arms: Throughout the country governors have determined that gun sales is not an essential service, and therefore have been forcing the closure of gun stores in their States.
No constitution or law on the books allows government to quarantine the healthy
